Our modern, fully-furnished respite apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 car space. With thoughtful design features, newly upgraded vinyl plank flooring (not pictured), and a roll-out balcony, everything has been considered to ensure accessibility, comfort and convenience for our guests. It’s the perfect planned or emergency solution for those in need of respite.
Onsite Shared Support
Designed for those with higher physical requirements, our Onsite Shared Support (OSS) service is a model that enables NDIS participants to opt-in to a secondary care service, in addition to their primary care service.
Voted into Accessible Homes Australia’s Specialist Disability Accommodation project, East Palm Beach, for the second year in a row, it’s a comprehensive care and support service offering peace of mind to residents who require overnight assistance and 24/7 on-call support.
Help is just a call away, whenever it’s needed.
Having the OSS service lets me be more independent and free to enjoy more things in my life. Knowing that support workers are there onsite makes me feel safe and comfortable.
My experience with the services CareMatch provide including the OSS service has been the most pleasant and most suitable to my needs. OSS are there when I most need them (in the middle of the night).
